GREY-BELLIED SHRIKE-TYRANT Agriornis microptera
A huge yet rare flycatcher that occasionally visits Paraguay from southern Argentina. There are few records in Paraguay, and all are winter dates from the Central Chaco area (from mid-June to mid-October). They pose prominently on bushes and shrubs.
