YELLOW-BILLED PINTAIL Anas georgica
This duck is likely a rare vagrant to Paraguay and the best place to look for it are the saline lagoons of the Central Chaco. (FPAVE290PH) below represented the first confirmation of the species presence in Paraguay, though there had been several reliable sight records previously. Any duck with a yellow bill seen in Paraguay is something special so look carefully at it and, if possible, get a photograph!
