WHITE-BROWED WARBLER Basileuterus leucoblepharus

For such a little bird, the White-browed Warbler has a massive set of lungs, his ear-splitting, musical song reverberating around the humid forests of the Orient. Catching a glimpse of the performer isn't easy though, he modestly keeps his head down in dense undergrowth where his greenish wings provide excellent camouflage. Though it may not appear so at first glance, he is actually one of the most numerous birds of the forest undergrowth and, like most warblers he is a sucker for psshing, hopping along the ground, perching on fallen logs and eventually revealing himself to be surprisingly tame as he tries to figure out the source of the noise.
