TROPICAL PEWEE Contopus cinereus
Plumage-wise the Tropical Pewee isn`t much to look at, and lets be honest some of the photos here don`t exactly do him justice either! Birding beginners often struggle with him, but he`s actually quite distinctive thanks to his two, barely discernible wing-bars, peaked crown, orange lower mandible and habit of periodically flicking his tail up and down.
