SCALED WOODCREEPER Lepidocolaptes squamatus ATLANTIC FOREST
An uncommon Atlantic Forest woodcreeper in Paraguay, it occurs at midheights and is rather non-vocal. It is most likely to be confused with the commoner Lesser Woodcreeper Xiphorhynchus fuscus, but note the white as opposed to buff throat and the unstreaked mantle.
