CLICKING FROG Lysapsus limellum
A little, variably green, mostly aquatic frog, in many ways like a miniature version of the Paradox Frog Pseudis paradoxus. This species is particularly common in the Paraguay River Basin where it lives amongst floating vegetation. It is an extremely vocal species, its clicking call being commonly heard in the right habitat, even during the day time.
