STREAKED FLYCATCHER Myiodynastes maculatus
The easiest way to describe the Streaked Flycatcher is like a streaky-brown Kiskadee! Beware of confusion with the smaller, slimmer Variegated Flycatcher which has the same basic pattern though! He´s a summer visitor and rather shy, preferring the uppermost branches of the tree canopy. Learn his sneezy voice though and you´ll find him with a lot more ease.
