BLACK-CAPPED FOLIAGE-GLEANER Philydor atricapillum ATLANTIC FOREST
More secretive than its close relatives but definitely worth the extra effort required to see it, the Black-capped Foliage-gleaner is a handsome and distinctive inhabitant of Atlantic Forest canopy. Listen out for its distinctive and extraordinarily long vocalisation which can last unbroken for several minutes.
