POINT-NOSED FALSE CHAMELEON Polychrus acutirostris
Not a chameleon, though with those goggle eyes you can see why it might be mistaken for one, this unusual lizard is a member of the Anole family. Almost entirely arboreal, this a long, slender species with an exceptionally long tail. ADult males possess a row of two or three dark spots on the shoulder area which become more prominent during the reproductive period.
