PSYCHODIDAE - MOTH FLIES
Small, hairy little flies with a short, fat body and short, rounded wings with elementary venation that gives them a moth like appearance. Adults have long antennae. These flies are associated with damp habitats, with larvae reproducing in water. Their adaptability allows them to reproduce in even the smallest amount of water and they are commonly found in urban bathrooms.
