BELLA VISTA GRANULATED TOAD Rhinella fernandezae
A member of the confusing "granulosa" group of toads that are characterised by their rough, sandpapery skin. This is a locally common species restricted largely to the Paraguay River basin. It is a little more distinctive than other members of the group on the basis of the often strongly greenish tinge to the face.
