SCOLIIDAE - SCARAB HAWKS
These large wasps show marked sexual dimorphism and are badly in need of a revision at species level. They are often confused with the equally large and impressive Tarantula Hawks. Species in this group lay their eggs on larvae of Scarab Beetles.
