WHITE-BELLIED TYRANNULET Serpophaga munda
A hyperactive forager, White-bellied Tyrannulet is one of the dwarves of the Tyrant family. Vocally identical to and possibly conspecific with White-crested Tyrannulet, it has been suggested that it may be no more than a white-bellied form of that species. In Paraguay it has a very clear distribution, being found largely in the humid Chaco and Pantanal areas.
