PALE-BREASTED SPINETAIL Synallaxis albescens
Spinetails are a group of essentially similar skulkers that produce simple, easily-learnt vocalisations, far more useful in identification than the subtle plumage differences. Plain-breasted is a widespread species occurring in a variety of habitats from marshes to cerrado and even chaco woodland!
