GUARANI SPINY LIZARD Tropidurus guarani
The Tropidurus or Spiny Lizards are a group of about 20 species confined to South America which are typical of dry areas. They are shaped somewhat like Agamid Lizards, with flattened bodies and large heads. This species is endemic to Paraguay and is a terrestrial species associated with rocky areas in the central Oriental region.
